Gluten Free Cracker Recipes


Baked with Almond Flour


Our Recipes:


Original Flavor Crackers

2 C Almond Flour

¼ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Sea Salt

1 Egg White

½ C Canola Oil 

Combine ingredients.  Dough should be thick and crumbly.  Place half of dough between two sheets of parchment paper.  Roll dough into a thin layer with a rolling pin.

Remove top sheet.  Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut dough into squares.  Place parchment sheet with squares onto a cookie sheet.  Bake at 275 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden and crispy .  Let cool completely before breaking into individual crackers.

Garlic & Herb Crackers

2 C Almond Flour

½ tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes

1 tsp Paprika

½ tsp Dried Oregano

½ tsp Dried Basil

1 Egg White
